Throw In Set Piece

Players

2 Right Back

5 Left Back

7 Right Winger

9 Centre Forward

10 Attacking Midfielder

11 Left Winger

On Left Side

9 10 and 11 positioned about 20 metres from thrower, 11 on the goal line where possible

On Right Side

9 10 and 7 positioned about 20 metres from thrower, 7 on the goal line where possible.

Movement

10 and 11 make an arc'd run straight towards thrower and then way from thrower as shown

9 checks to thrower and then back at the same time

Thrower

The movement of 9,10 and 11 should disrupt the defenders marking them and create space.
The players and thrower need to recognise the space.

The thrower decides which player should receive the ball based on what the defenders have done.

The thrower needs to deliver the ball into the space for the player to receive.

Variations
The movement of the 3 players can and should vary.  To do this yhet must be awar of the space around them and where their team mates are.
