Method:
Area to age/ability.
This one is 10x10.
Four possession players, One on each side of the area.
One defending player who tries regain the ball.
Possession player target 15 passes.
Every 15 passes swap out defending player, each player to get a go in middle or rotate to ten minutes is done.
If defending player wins ball he swaps with player they won it from.
Possession players to move up and down their line to create passing angles for players.
Intensity a must from players.
