Problem 1 - Spare Player Centrally

AS they defend with the spare player in midfield, drag the 8s out by moving the ball to the WBs, and make opposite moves from the 10s and 6s, to allow the 6 to threaten beyond. The ST pins the closest CB, to stop them from joining, the opposite 10 moves centrally. Opposite WB joins the top line inside the width of the box.

IF the 6 picks up the underlap, then it opens a direct pass from the WB into the ST, to combine with the opposite 10 supporting underneath and WB.

Problem - 6 screening forward passes into attack

Switching across to wide CB to trigger nearside 10 to roll on outside shoulder of their 8, to open space for the ST to drop in front of the 6. Use this for a fast ball in and around the corner for WB to go.

If the 6 is tracks across to the ST, then the wide CB should look to exploit space behind with WB and 10 spinning beyond
