3v2 transition into a 4v3
Green team begin by attacking 3v2 they will have a 10 second time limit to score
After the time limit the goalkeeper for the blacks will roll the ball out to one of the black players which will activate the wide players in the game.
Blacks will then also have 10 seconds to try and score.
To add realism add in blatant offsides
-Attack at speed
-Dominate 1v1 and overloads
-Depending on the opposition's position, attackers should look to stay on the ball as long as possible to engage the defender and pass at the right time. Attackers should also look to finish with quality.
Manage the opposition:-
Ensure they look to defend with a press, cover and balance (3) or a press and cover with the 2
-Encourage the defending team to recover quickly
-Delay the attack
Encourage the attacking team to recognise when to over/underlap

First touch (behind defender, which foot? safe side? back foot?)
Body shape to receive. (pull off in line with defender, not in front or behind, if they're pinning the defender
body shape- arm up, knees bent, strong core, front foot receiving) Hips open so they can see where the ball comes from and where theyr;e passing.
Try and drip feed these into small interventions rather than introducing them into one intervention.
You may look at passing detail and receiving in one intervention
