7v7+3 to 4 small goals Game with 3 Zones as shown
54 X 40 yard Grid
7 Whites, 7 Reds and 3 Blacks

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Team in White begin as possession team. Directional game working to two goals.
Possession tea, must connect in all 3 zones before they can go to goal.
Goal scored is worth 2 Points, connection from end neutral to end neutral is worth 1 point
Scoring in a zone with zero recovery players in that zone will count as double.
Team being coached will restart with possession after a goal is scored.
Limit touches of the neutral players (1-2 touches)

Key Points:
Quick Ball Movement
Body shape when receiving, check shoulder and know if you can turn
Weight and direction of the pass -correct foot and weight
Repeat passes to draw opponent in
Find the free man and recognize when there is an advantage to switch the play
Add in option to go to goal after 10 passes in the event recovery team simply prevent passes to wide neutral players.

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Teams play regular 9v9 SSG with offsides in play. (Half way line on one side and 18 yards line for the other team.
Relevance of the 3 channels - Goals are multiplied by the number of channels the ball has been played through in the possession build up for the goal.
Possession team starts with the ball upon a goal being scored.
Additions/Challenges - One player for the possession team must always be in each channel of the field.
Key Points:
Awareness of the free men in channels
Speed of ball movement - find the free man quickly and exploit the space created
Awareness of space- check shoulder and know when to turn
Communication - provide information with the pass

Use of Challenges, conditions and Targets
White team plays 4v2 in side square using 2 black neutral players. At any time they can switch the ball to the opposite side.
Points are awarded for getting the ball from one end to the other without turning the ball over.
When the ball is moved to another square one possession payer and one recovery player move into the opposite grid to maintain the 4v2 advantage for the possession team,
If red team in recovery wins possession they transition to become to possession team.
