Set Up:

Red Team - 1 CDM, 2 CM'S & 1 CAM

Blue Team - 1 CDM, 2 CM'S & 1 CAM

2 Pink bibs for our neutral FB's

2 Yellow bibs for the feeders (acting ST's)

I'll be workin on the red team

Rules:

A team starts when they receive the ball from the feeder. Both teams have to transfer the ball from one feeder to another in order to score a goal.

Ball can start from either end so one minute your CAM could become your CDM and vice versa

FB's have 5 seconds to get the ball back into the central zone

Encourage playing through the middle of the pitch

coach players on making space for each other and geting on the early from FB's

Encourage minimum touches to move the ball quicker to crate mach tempo

Reds : 1-5-4-1 (Diamond)

Blues : 1-5-4-1 (Diamond)

Reds 1-3-4-1

Blues 1-3-4-1

2 CB's removed from each team for 9v9

Rules:

Normal game rules, Reds start

If blues win the ball back they have 8 seconds to score.

If reds score after a midfield combination they

2 points for 2 CM''s Combining

3 points for 3 CM's Combining

5 points for all 4 Combining and scoring

1 CB and the oppossite ST must always stay inside the flat area.

Progression:

ST can now come out and combine with his teammates and CB's can step in. But more points will be awarded for teams scoring goals with a clear shape and when combinations are made between the MF 4.
