Dribbling and Agility: (1) groups of 4-5 players max, player dribbles towards coens perfroms a predetermined move set out by coach, passes the balls to their teammate and goes through agility ladder or rings.
Dribbling moves: Turn cone with inside of foot (alternating), Turn cone with outside of foot (alternating), Step turn and pass, L shape turn and pass, cryuff tunr and pass, double scissir outside foot chop and pass, 180 turn with sole and pass
Agility: 2 steps between each, 3 steps between each, lateral shuffle, 2 steps in two steps out, 2 step out ickey shuffle, 1 step ickey shuffle, backwards ickey shuffle

1 v 1 to reaction sprint: One team starts as the defenidng team, the next player in line has 2 different coloured bibs corresponding to cones on the outside. The defender starts the play witha pass into the attacker, attacker must try and beat defender and score in the small goal (must be inside scoring zone) If the defender wins the ball they also can score. Immediately after the play is finished the player with the pinnies holds one up and the 2 players must react and sprint and touch that cone.1 point for a goal, 1 point for touchinghte cone first. Warmup and ball Mastery (30 mins)
Warm-up: 5-6 min of dribbling, with different variations i.e righ tfoot only, left foot only, only using the sole fo the foot
5 min of dynamics: Lunge rotate, Hand walk, sideways lunge, knee hug to quad stretch, nuero skips
Ball Mastery: 20-25 min, each player with a ball will perform 12 progressions of Ball mastery moves, each lasting one minute with 30 seconds break

- L shape with single outside foot touch - L shape with opposite sole roll back
- pull v to an L shape to opposite sole pull back
