Objective of session to to allow for players to work on running with the ball when received it in various scenarios by incorporating the technical and physical attributes. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- players split into 4 groups 3 (or 3 groups of 4)
Procedure: (MAKE IT HOW YOU WANT)
- players race through 4 stages of the obstacle course performing a variety of fundamental skills (i.e.: forward/backwards running, skipping, hopping, bear-crawls, frog jumps, lateral shuffles etc.)
Coaching Points:
- team competition
-moving the ball fast

Organization:
- Make a 20 x 15 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 4 (rotate sub if group is bigger than 8)
- Red player looks to run with the ball into shotting area before they can release the ball.
- Once player strikes on net they now become defender and try to track down Blue player released from opposite team.
- Play continues for a few minutes or depending on # of players.
Progressions:
- Change positions on each side so players must use opposite foot with running with the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Long touch out of feet and accelerate
- decision making (when to striker, angle and which foot to use)
- Speed, Speed, Speed !!!!

- Make a 40-35 x 30 -35 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
-MUST dribble over half to score
-Extra point if you score on a 1v1
Degression - NO restrictions and PLAY
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- being aggressive in attacking 1v1, take risks
