Skill Move: Body Feint

This is the 2nd progression- Semi-opposed.
Add a 2nd ball and have both groups go at the same time creating a bit of chaos. Make sure we always do both feet. If we have time we can progress this into a give and go pass. So we will have the give and go then into the body feint creating a more game like environment.

Objective
Players practice body feints (shoulder drops, hip swivels, head fakes) to outmaneuver defenders and score by dribbling through one of the target gates emphasizing deception and quick direction changes.
(2v2). One team starts with the ball (offense), the other defends.
Score by dribbling the ball through the opponent’s gate with control (no shooting from distance).
1 Point - normal goal
3 Points - For performing a body feint in the possession before scoring
