Instructions: Two teams play at a time. The team you are playing against is the team that is diagonal from you. 30 second games or if their is a goal scored. When your team is not playing you should be at your goal watching the game.

Introduction (15 mins)
Organization: Knockout (30x30) 15 mins
Instructions: Everyone starts with a ball. Start with one player/coach as the "Knocker-outter" without a ball. Players must dribble around the space without getting their ball knocked out. If your ball gets knocked out, you are out of the game until the next round. (Designate a place for the players that are out). Example: Players that are out must stand near the red cone.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Big touches to find space and get to the spce quickly.
Small touches to keep control of the ball when in space.
Head/eyes up: to find the "knocker-outter" and dribble in the area they are not.
Body positioning: keeping your body betweenthe ball and "knocker-outter"
Regressions/Progressions:
P: Adding more "knocker-outters"
P: Players that get knocked out become "knocker-outters"
