Organisation
Area: Cone off the area just beyond the 6 yard line, angle the line towards edge of the centre circle.
Create a end zone from where the ball is played from in each phase.
Attacking team: 2-2-2-1 (3,5,6,8,11,10,9)
Defensive team: 1-3-3-1 (1,2,4,5,7,8,6,9)
How to play
Scenario 1
1. 3 passes into 6 who passes 1st time into 11.
2. 11 checks his run to receive the pass between the lines.
3. 11 draws the defender to the ball, and passes to 9 who has pinned D5.
4. 11 makes the diagonal run for the return pass from 9.
5. 10 will make a run beyond the back 4 for 11 to create a passing option.
6. 11 can also go on the outside 9 playing a one two.
7. 9 can turn and reverse the ball to 11 or play in 10.

Scenario 2
1. 6 drops deep to form a back three, as 3 plays wide to draw the opposition forward.
2. 5 passes wide, 10 moves on the half turn to offer pass inside.
3. 9 drops short as 10 turns with the ball.
4. 9 on receiving the ball tries to play 1st time ball round the corner into the run of 11 with right foot.
5. If that option isnt on, lay off for 8 to move forward.

How to play
The exercise is to be done two touch, with inside of the foot control, and inside foot pass.
The passer should pass to the next player and then follow the pass.
Coaching Points
Firm two touch passing
Passing to receiving players correct foot
Eye contact with receiver before passing
Be aware of opposite groups passing and running players.
