Game Specific Space Trainig (75 mins)
Session will be run for 75 Mins it will not stop, from warm up to end players will roll straight into each activity. Rests and coaching input are built into subs or 30 second inputs, but there will be no othe rest breaks bar a half time in the 7 v 7 and 5 v 5.

In sideboxes 2 v 1 bounce ball into defender, get it back attack and eliminate defender (He is only allowed in first 23 box, then continue to beat second defender and keeper in 'D' conditions.
Point kept score on whiteboard by coach:
ATT: 5 - goal, 3 - PC win, 1 for shot on target
Both DEF: 3 - Tackle made

Continuous 3 v 2 from cornes 3 attack 2 defenders 2 new defender step in each time.
PLAY SIDELINES, PLAY FREE HITS off baseline is dead, if Def win compete 3 passess to end game.
Points:
ATT: 5 Goal, 3 - PC win, 1 - shot DEF: 1 - success tackle outside D, 5 - complete 3 passess

#1 + 3 are size appropriate for 75sqm Per player - a good size that replicates game pressure in cricical zones
#2 + 4 are good for fitness and variations of size appropriate to mimic intensity of full match play.
