Instructions:
- Play starts when Passer hits a pass into Middle player; after Passer plays the pass, they must move to create an angle to play a penetrating pass into the target
- Middle player plays a return pass and looks to move away from the ball to create space as the ball travels forward into the target player
- Target player lays the ball off for the middle player to execute a 1st time shot on goal
- After the shot, target player who laid the ball off retrieves the ball and heads to the back of the line
- As soon as the shot is taken, opposite side plays the ball immediately using the same pattern
- Rotation: Passer to Middle player, Middle player to target, target to back of the line
Coaching Points:
- Timing and weight of passes
- Movement off the ball in order to receive
- Shooter:
- Head up to observe target/goalkeeper
- Selection of appropriate foot/surface
- Selection of appropriate spot on the ball to strike
- Plant foot next to ball and follow through aimed at target
Progressions:

- Weak side taget player slides over to provide semi-opposed pressure on the shot

- Attack the ball
- Get low and feet set (runner's stance)
- Hands under the ball (wrists together)
- Secure the ball to body
