Activity #1 - “Static Dribble+Footskill”
**This activity has a YouTube link** The coach will demonstrate the foot-skill and the technical skill that players will perform. On the coach's signal players will begin to perform the static technical skill on the first ball, then proceed to perform the foot-skill at the rings then perform the static technical skill a second at the second ball. After this is completed, players will run through the gate on the opposite side to finish the circuit. Once all of the players are done on one side, they will complete the same circuit coming back.

Activity #2 - “Opposed Gated Dribble"
On the coach's signal 1 player from both teams will run out and pursue the ball played in by the coach. The attacking team must dribble through the middle gate before attempting to dribble through one of the four gates on the outside in order to score a point for their team. If the defender wins the ball, they must also dribble through the middle gate prior to dribbling to an outside gate. Freeze play for missed opportunities to explain and allow players to successfully complete technical skills.
VARIATION:
Number the goals and call out a goal number for the players to try and dribble through for a point.

Activity #3 - 1v1; 2v2
Have 2 goals facing opposite directions in the middle of the field (see diagram) Players line up on opposite goal lines, while the coach serves the balls in from the middle sideline. The coach will pass out a ball to the middle while the first player from each line will run and attempt to retrieve it. Upon possessing the ball, the attacking player will try to dribble to either goal, but must dribble through the gate in front of the goal prior to scoring. If the defender obtains the ball, they will take on the role as the attacker. Both goals are neutral (unassigned to either team) too. Encourage players to navigate the field with their head up while also applying the technical skills learned throughout the session. Play ends when a player is able to successfully score a goal. Use game format rules too; out of bounds, hand ball, etc.
Progression:
Progress the play from a 1v1 to a 2v1/ 2v2 ... Now when a player possesses the ball, they must play a pass back to the next player in their assigned line (2v1;2v2) prior to going to a goal. Same rule format applies.
SEND PLAYERS HOME WHEN DONE. START SETTING UP FOR THE NEXT SESSION.

Warm Up - "5-Dot Drill Dribble”
The coach will demonstrate the foot-skill and technical skill that players will perform for the round. On the coach's signal players dribble to the agility ring set in front of them. Upon approaching the agility ring set, players will drop their ball off, perform the soot-skill then dribble back to their line and switch with the next player. Repeat until the limit has been reached. Once the time limit has been reached the coach will call the players back in to quickly reflect on the skill worked on and begin to demonstrate the next technical skill to perform.
