Organization:
-6 Players per grid, three attackers, three defenders
Instructions:
-Defender will pass the ball out to the attacker who will attack at speed
- The attacking player moves out to receive the ball and attempt to beat the defender and dribble through one of the two scoring gates situated on the defenders end line
-Defending player becomes active on the attackers first touch and attempts to win the ball Players rotate roles after each attempt
-Award points for successful attempts and keep score
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach, force attacker to one side
- Limit options
- Deny penetration
- Feint to tackle to force a mistake
- Speed of pressure
Progressions:
- If the defender scores they can then try to score in opposite gates, start drill without a ball.

Same set up as drill before
Instructions:
-1 attacker and 1 defender in the middle
-2nd attacker will play a pass to the first attack who will receive
- Game will be live on first attackers touch

-Players can not pass forward in order to encourage 1v1 situations
- Players are man marking each other
