Passing and dribbling drill in lines
Basic dribbling into middle flat marker or cone, player then passes to the other player, joining his queue.
P2 - Long pass to other player, he advances, play a 1-2 and then does the same at the other end
P3 - inside, inside dribble to middle passes and follows pass
P4 - outside, inside of same foot to middle, passes and follows pass
P5 sole into middle, passes and follows pass
P6 - RWB into midddle, step over flat marker and dribbles down for switchover
P7 - Different feints and tricks in middle to beat the flat marker, drive to other end.
P8 - pass and hold, player come behind and take the ball forward
Back through the gate and through the cones to start again.
