Sets of 6
A: GK Starts with Mannequin at their back (to emphasize first step forward)
A1: GK steps down the ball line when ball is bounced by server. GK deals w/Volley for Contour.
A2: GK steps down the Ball line when ball is bounced by server and deals w/Vollery for Contour. Then listens for shout from next GK in line of Red or White: shuffles over and touches cone w/foot and adjust back into ball line for service for a scoop.
A3. Same as A2, except must get around cone and deal w/a front smother service.
B: GK Starts behind Mannequin and must get around on the bounce (must peer around mannequin to see bounce.
B1. Service from the floor for a contour catch.
B2. GK gets around cone color called by person behind them and deals w/collapse dive on ground back to mannequin (don't let ball touch mannequin). Then reloads for a volley to hands.
B3. Same as previous but must go to opposite cone of color called. Collapse is mid-range.
CPs.
-Efficiency of footwork: Footwork choice: cross over, shuffle, small steps, balance.
-Set Position: Weight balanced, outside shoulder and big toe line up, hands in neutral position and read to use, weight forward, ready to move.
-Catching shapes, emphasis on elbows in and eyes and head behind the ball.
-Diving: Push through the back of the ball and take the ball to a new place. Catch as often as possible.
-Quality of Service!

2 GKs Start inbetween Mannequins. The first GK in line moves based on the coaches signal (holds up a colored cone). The second GK moves the opposite way. Both GKs deal with service to make save. {4 Rounds and Rotate}
A. Service from the floor. GKs make save on first side and then get across goal for second save from opposite server.
B. Same as previous, but service is from hands. (Add a high ball at mannequin for GKs to compete for after 2nd save.

-Lead GKs in a dynamic warm-up that bypasses the objects for SAQ - 3-4 minutes including jogging, lunges, other dynmic movements.
Then progress to SAQ
A. Circuit Style: 4 Rounds that progress from large hurdles to short to rings w/a burst after.
B. Circuit Style: 4 Rounds that Progress through each ladder: Red ladder is doubles, Blue ladder is Icky Shuffle, Yellow Ladder is lateral up, then back, then sprint.
