Setup 4 fields. 4 smaller fields and 4 larger fields. Sessions 1 and 2 will be smaller fields to single PUGG goals... Remove a few cones and go to double PUGGS with GKs for final 2 sessions.
1:00-2:00pm
• 2013/U7 B/G- SSG 3v3 or 4v4 - Easy- training session if numbers too low
• 2012/U8 B/G- 10 boys, 10 girls roughly- 4v4 or 5v5 no GK
2:00-3:00pm
• 2011/U9 B/G- 18 boys, 15 girls- 5v5 or 6v6 no GK- spread it out a bit more
• 2010/U10 B/G- 21 boys, 19 girls- 5v5 or 6v6 no GK- spread it out a bit more
3:00-4:00pm- toughest time slot – large numbers and 4 fields
• 2009/U11 B/G 16 boys, 20 girls – 6v6 or 7v7 with GK
• 2008/U12 B/G - 26 boys, 17 girls- 6v6 or 7v7 with GK
