Warm Up - (Dynamic JDB Circuit) (10 mins)

Area:

  • 6 yard box to half way (18 yard box width)

Equipment:

  • 20 flats (10 of each colour)
  • 2 agility ladders
  • 6 hurdles
  • Set of footballs

Starting point:

  • 4 even groups of players at each starting point

Rotation:

  • Run around flats, then through ladders, then over hurdles
  • Pink flats follow pink/blue flats follow blue
  • Standard pace should be at 60%-70%
  • Players then dribble around flats and play a pass to coach with their back foot
  • Final sprint at the last straight run after passing to coach
  • Sprint to be at 80%-90% to half way line, then joining back of the new starting point
