Organization:
Two , 15x 20 grids 6 players per one grid as shown above
Two Lines dribbling towards cone, changing lines each time.
Instructions: Players dribble towards the cone at the the same time as the opposite line performing the turn of coaches choice, at the cone then dribbling to next line. Players switch sides but still facing the same way to perform move on other foot

Coaching Points:
- execution of move be aware of the angle the player needs to be in order to execute the move into the space behind the defender.
- Head up whilst dribbling

- Accelerate after Move
Progressions:
PG) Players switch sides but still facing the same way to perform move on other foot
semi apposed,players must now compete with the oposite player and see who can get to the cone perform the move and ronaldo to breack the line the fastest, coach will be the judge.

Organization:
Two , 15x 20 grids 6 players per one grid as shown above
Players start in each corner of the grid working in pairs.
Instructions: Players work in pairs, Player A passes to Player B who takes first touch towards the yellow safe zone. once ine the safe zone the player can finish into the goal ahead for 2 points. Player A follows pass and trys to cuts off Player Bs line. Player B can the perform a turn in behind to change direction and dribble into the safe zone to the opposite goal for 1 point. If player A steals he can now transition and score for 1 point (DF Goal) Player A then rotates to the opposite cone without the ball and the process starts again going the other way

- Head up whilst dribbling
- Reconition of space
- Accelerate after Move
- Reconition of defender
- Timing of move in behind
- what move to use
Progression
switch the side the attacker can dribble from to allow them to change direction the other way remember to also state the goal infront is worth 2points and the other 1 point when you make this change.
Remove safe zone and encourage the player B to score strait away or as soon as they beat the defender .

Organization:
1. Area size 30 x 20.
Instructions:
1. Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
2. players must not step inside the red cone areas infront of goal this will stop goal tending ,the players must shoot from out side the area also
Coaching Points:
over the 8 weeks we would like to start to implement:
1. 3 lines of attack, 1 defender, 1 midfielder, 1 forward.
2.Team mates create gaps, can player in possession look to dribble into them.
3.when to Dribble,Pass or Shoot

(week4) the restarts will be played in with a throw in (coaches demo correct technique) the recieving player will bring the ball down and play a pass to another players feet ,the game will then go live allow the throw and first pass to be free so the receiving player can work on cushion control then end product .

Instructions:
players dibble from opposite sides of the grid as shown above ,using the dribbling foundations and rotate to the back of the oposite line use the (Xavi) character to introduce your cvhange of direction move
Painting the Picture of each one of the player's characteristics:
* MESSI: Head up looking to get into the gaps using small, quick
touches with the Pinky Toe (outside of the foot).
* XAVI: Head up to recognize when there's no gaps/space, then
change of direction (12 o'clock to 6 o'clock), ball comes out of your
feet, and then head and eyes up getting into the new space.
* RONALDO: Head up to see when there's a lot of space in front of
you, then big touch to accelerate and get your head/eyes up and
attack the space.
*INIESTA who dribles using outside inside from right foot to left foot
i piloted this with my players last year it had great effect on there surface control.
