Working in teams of 3. All teams start on white line, when coach shouts out a colour the teams have to work to that colour cone and play a pass through that gate to each other before returning to the start line. There will be several teams trying to get through the same gate at once so the focus should be around creating space between each other to make a successfull pass through the gate.
After initial instruction allow free play with each team deciding what colour gates to pass thriugh dependent on where the space is.
