Dribble back andd forth . Go to cone one back to start, then to second cone, then back to one , then back to second, then back to start. Basically suicides with ball

Players to keep ball on safe side away from other player

Also turn away from other player and cone

On way back switch feet dribbling

Groups of four - two player on each side of cone

Turns are inside foot , outside foot, step over and turn and pull back.

Players on outsisde play balls into middle players. Middle players turn and play to other side

Players in middle to check away and show on angle to outside

First - end players play to front foot and middle players open up and touch forward to envision the touch by the defender and then pass to other side

Second - the end players play to middle players outside foot and the middle player touch inside to beat the tight defender and then pass to other side.

Third - end players play to outside foot again and middle player uses that outside foor to turn to outside of the defender. Us othe foot and body to shield from the defender

We will switch sides and players every minute so we go quick and good pace

Players on outsisde play balls into middle players. Middle players turn and play to other side

Players in middle to check away and show straight back to ball

Now players play to feet of middle player. Middle turns alittle so that she can flick turn with inside of thier left or right foot depnding which way we are turning.

Then players play with outside of the foot to turn and play to other side

We will switch sides and players every minute so we go quick and good pace

Players on outside are neutral and must play into team that plays into them or what the coach says the team

Players try to use the turns to get the ball to the other side

See if we can get the outside players to play to safe side of middles player.

See if middle player can see which side the defender is on so which turn should she use.

At first they can play off the other middle player, but cant use the support players on the outside.

Progression to use support players to start again.
