Dribbling-1v1 Circuit (10 mins)
Station 1 - (size 1 ball an encourage soles) nutmeg both side hurdles, nutmeg front hurdle, dribble forward, same, turn and pass into area
Station 2 - (no ball) step over static ball 10 times, step over action through cones, 2 feet in ladder
Station 3 - right foot juggle (half of max)
Station 4 - coach serves 4 volleys with player shufflying side to side, then rolls ball behind player for player to run onto and pass around the corner into goal first time. One face each way so that there is a finish with both feet
Station 5 - left foot juggle (half of max)
Station 6 - dribble through cones and finish in goal
