Organization: Full half field.
Instructions:
Backline starts on top of the 18 with the 5 attackers. They will play 5v3 in the first area where the attackers are trying to connect 3 passes before they can progress to the next area. Once they find the outlet pass 1 of the 6's can join. If the defenders win the ball they can dribble over the blue line for the play to end.
Out of the 5v3 they can only find either of the half space or striker (not winger directly).
Coaching Points:
1) Occupying of the 5 area's in the attacking field.
2) Timing of who/when to show for the ball.
3) Opposite movement of the players directly involved in/around the ball.
4) Deciding between attacking vs possessing.
Progressions:
- 1 of the 3 defenders can track back.

Organization: Field is 15x20 outside of the 18y box.
Instructions:
Ball starts from B to A and from there the 2v1 starts. The attackers can only score/attack the space from a ball in behind. If defender wins the ball they can score on the ball in behind. If defender wins the ball they score on the small counter goal.
Coaching Points:
Passer:
1) Insert pass to the player checking in away from the pressure and with quality (right speed, on the ground, direction)
Player checking in (half space positions)
2) Speed in which you check in: slow down when receiving the ball, lower body position (dont run through the ball).
3) Rec. pressure from opponent (lay off 1 touch vs attracting pressure w. a touch).
-> If defender starts jumping to the pass, disguise pass to other attacker.
4) Movement after the pass/lay off - Cut run behind (when pressure is closer to the player) - Wider run behind (when pressure is closer to the ball.
2nd attacker
5) Movement based on the first runner - If first runner goes cut behind, opposite can go high and fwd - If first runner goes wider, then opposite checks in lower behind.
Follow up:
- After the deep ball to progress fwd ->create numbers fwd.
Progressions:
Turn into 3v2 but now open rules (not only pass in behind).
