- 13名區球員+2名守門員

活動:

- 綠&藍隊球員每人企一隻飛碟,其中6人有足球

- 紅隊需找飛碟有波球員拎波,然後傳給另一飛碟冇波球員傳球

- 1mins 轉一次隊

進展:

A) 除飛碟球員,場內球員傳球後需立即最快速跑到最近的一條邊線折

返跑回到場內再繼續搵其他飛碟球員拎波

B) 飛碟球員傳球後需走位到另一飛碟

重點:

- 拎波前假跑,變速變向

- 拎波前shoulder check

- 留意身體方向,側身

- 近腳鞋底控波,重心壓低

- 綠&藍隊球員每人企一隻飛碟,其中5人有足球

- 紅色問藍隊或綠隊拎波,然後傳給對面場區另一顏色球員便可

- 若飛碟球員腳下已有足球,也可照傳

重點:

- 拎波前假跑,變速變向

- 拎波前shoulder check

- 留意身體方向,側身

- 近腳鞋底控波,重心壓低

- 留意現位拎波時的位置,不要完全背向球場,與持球球員有一定角

落,以便觀察球場環境

- 溝通

- 分2組,每組半場範圍

- 以2號場為例,紅隊VS藍隊2V2,每邊底線各有1名黑衫自由人,成

功由黑衫A傳到黑衫B或由B到A便可得分

- 約5MINS轉一次自由人

重點:

- 因應對手行動決定控球轉身或控向空位保護皮球或回傳

- 因應對手決定如何控球

- 拎波前假跑,變速變向

- 拎波前shoulder check

- 留意身體方向,側身

- 近腳鞋底控波,重心壓低

- 留意現位拎波時的位置,不要完全背向球場,與持球球員有一定角度,
