4 reps in 1 set, 3 sets in total = 12 reps
Players perform 3 sets of this in the times specified above.

Multi Directional Rondo:
Setup: 30x40 playing area with 2 GKs on the outside of the playing area as support/bounce players with a 5v5 in the central area.
11 minute game whilst other 10/11 players are doing 10s, 20s, 30s running exercise.
Either team can pass the ball to the GK, their role is to slide, screen and communicate to the teams in the central area and act as an outlet ball to relieve pressure on the team in possession. GKs can switch play to on and other but they are conditioned to only use their feet and not their hands.
Two teams in the central area compete for possession of the ball. If a team makes 10 successful passes they are awarded 1 point and the other team must perform a forfeit (1 pressup/burpee each).
If players make a sloppy pass, i.e, the ball is kicked out of play then the entire team must perform a forfeit.
Progression (after 5 minutes):
The team in possession can use the wide areas. For example, if the blue team have possession, 1 of the blue team's players can make the pitch bigger and wider by acting as an outlet ball on the wing. Alternatively, the team out of possession can use this as a trigger point for 1 of their players to press the wide player and force a mistake or win the ball back.
If your team does not have possession you must stay in the central area, only when the team in possession play the ball out wide to the wide player can the defending team enter the wide area to try and win back possession.
