Box Movement
The box is split into a 4 squares, 3 playing in the box, the pass being played must always be played to the box without a player in it, however only when the pass has been played the player trying to get into the empty square can move.

6 vs 6
Mini game three 3x3 boxes in 20 x 20 pitch, the idea of the game is to weight a pass into box for someone in your team to receive it, Every time the team manages it they receive a point. 1st team to reach 7 points wins.
Rule
1-No one is allowed in the box the ball must be in the box before the receiving player.

Shadow zone
Pitch is split into three; top, middle and bottom. Middle zone is a no go, no player is aloud to enter it. 3v3 in the other zone plus two goal keepers. Still played as a normal game however only way to get the ball up the pitch is by passing through the shadow zone.

Timed pass
Team in the black are trying to weight their pass into the box, the blue team are looking to receive the ball in the box to match their run.
To reset the blacks player who made the pass joins the blues and the receiver of the ball from the blues joins the blacks team.
Progressions
-Switch the drill over and play to the second box
-Use weaker foot for the pass
-This time when receiving, the receiving player must finish into the goal.

-Head Up scanning where your player is
-Timing of the pass, when to play it
-Think about the distance the ball needs to cover to reach the player
-What is the weight of the pass
-Two techniques, inside of foot or laces (along the ground)
