Block 2 - 4 minutes with coaching process interventions.
Block Problem/ oppo management- green team encouraged to press high from the restart and not allow blues time on the ball.
Solution - CB to take restart to GK in the 6 yard box for resart . CB to split when GK has the ball to create width to play around or through to CM.
What if - green strikers start narrow to press the ball
What if solution - look for opportunities to play over into wide CB with good technique. wide midfielders to push high to create space for CB
What if - red struggle to play out due to greens high press/ man for man
What if solution - 2 CM to come to show towards the ball if green CM follows red CM the red CF can drop into central space for Gk to Play onto.

Block time - 4 minutes. (With coaching process interventions)
Objective - For red team to advance up the pitch by utilising GK to break lines and score a goal.
Problem/Opp Management - green team play in a mid block and allow defenders to have the ball and screen midfield players and protect the middle
Solution - Encourage GK to step up with ball to create a 4v3 overload with CB’s splitting wide. Look to entice a striker to jump and play through or around.
What if - green strikers do not jump and stay in a compact shape.
What if solution - Encourage GK and back 3 to have high ball speed when playing around to try and get red strikers out of shape and become fatigued to eventually play or run through lines.
