Quick out of possession transitional principle. Players will reinforce the idea of regaining the ball back quickly in order to generate a counter attack with fast forward passes. The session is design for players to start understanding counter pressing principles in order to regain possession higher up in the field to start a new attacking wave.

4 grays look to keep possession against the 2 pinks in the shaded area, when pinks win theball back, they attack quickly in to the white half creating a 2v2, the grays can then recoverto prevent the pinks from scoring.

This is a 5v3 boxed rondo. The players set upwith 4 on the outside, one center player and 3 defenders inside. Grays look to keep possession away fromthe pinks, if pinks win the ball then grays transition in to pressure theopponent.
