Instructions:
Player B is the working player.Player A server passes into B twice straight pass. B using L&R Feet, then B moves backwards to receive the ball to his left on side of pole, received / turns and plays the pass to player C who returns the ball to player A. Player B then returns to centre to play 2 passes before moving to his left to receive / pass to C.
Coaching Points: Cushion the pass, scan over shoulder, open stance to receive, move quickly to receive, balance and co-ordination.

Organisation: 4 Playing areas varying in size based on level and fitness requirements
2 Teams (6v6 / 7v7 / 8v8)
Team in possession look to keep the ball for a minimum of 7 passes against 2 defending players before transitioning into next area. Once in the next playing area, another defender may enter creating a 7v3. Team in possession must combine for another 6 passes before transitioning into the 55x45 playing area. Send in another defender and team in possession look to combine again for another 5 passess before transitioning into the full half pitch releasing the remaining defenders.
If team defending win the ball, quickly transition into attacking formation and opposing team become defenders.
Coaching points: The game is fun, but should be played at a high intensity and fitness conditioning.
Progression: Goals and a keeper plus wide channels can be added to create a realistic game scenario.
