Instructions:
2 Teams, one creates cirlce - Servers , other inside circle - Targets
Sequence 1 - Hook Turns when Dribbling - Outside Player Juggles, Toe Taps, Tic Tocs
Sequence 2 - Over Laps
Sequence 3 - Wall Pass - 1 Touch
Sequence 4 - Trapping, start with headers, progress to chest, thigh and feet.

Set Up:
25 x 25 yrd grid
5x5 yrd neutral zone with player in it - stationary
1 ball
5 v 3 Rondo
Instructions:
Attacking team plays ball thourghout the grid, trying to complete 3 passes
4th pass is pass to middle grid to neutral player = 1pt
Neutral player plays ball back tou to re start game
Progressions:
Defending team gains possession, make 3 passes and gain point.

Organisation
30x20.
Players organised as shown (including GKs).
Good supply of balls to keep momentum of the practice high.
How to Play
Blues make a minimum of 3 passes before trying to pass into the next zone.
Whites try to disrupt play- keep it among themselves & pass wide to coach if they win ball
Work the ball from end to end, via the middle zone as quickly as possible.
Coaching Points
Speed of passing.
Movement off and ahead of the ball.
Body shape when receiving (can you play forward?).
Progression
A 3rd black player can enter final third to score. 3v1 in final 3rd.

Field Preparation:
- Players (2v2 plus 4 target players)
- 2 goals with GKs
- Area 25x20 or available space
- Cones or Flag polies gor goals / targets
- Supply of balls and bibs
Coaching Pointers/Organization/Implementation:
- Play 2v2 inside with 2 attacking target players for each team. Positioned target players on either side of the goal, as in the diagram above. GKs are placed in both goals. The objective of the game is to create numerous attacking opportunities by thinking and playing forward as quickly as possible. Attacks have to be played off the target player before you can score. Swap the target players regularly.
Focus on:
- Accuracy over power when shooting
- Quickness of transition from offense to defense
- Thinking forward, looking forward, playing forward, penetration
- GKs shot stopping & distribution

ORGANIZATION:
50 x 60yd (Halfway Line) Playing Area. 7v7. Include Goalkeepers. Use different formations for each team. White - 1-2-3-1, and Black - 1-3-2-1. Place extra balls on outside of grid for easy access
One team wears white bibs, opposing team wears black bibs. GK for White wears a Red Bib, and GK for Black wears a Green Bib. Set up 2 goals at each end as the targets.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Try to score more goals than the opposing team in the alotted game time.
Any ball out of play restarts with a kick in. No Offsides.
Balls out of play at the end lines, will restart will the GK playing it in.
COACHING POINTS:
Freeplay. Encourage teams to keep shape and consolidate the coaching points from throughout the session.

Key Factors
This is a 3 Zone small sided Game looking at Midfield Support.
Middle Zone is a 3v3.
1v2 in each end zones.
After 4 passes are completed the ball can be played into the striker.
2 supporting mifielders can join the Forward. Making it a 3v2.
*Rule - Midfielder who passes into the striker can't go into support*.
Coaching Points
Quick movements from the Supporting Midfielders into the Final 3rd.
Varying runs and movement to create goalscoring opportunities and to drag the defenders out of position.
Do not slow the attack down. Do it at speed, fast tempo
Recover quickly if ball is lost.
Progression
1 - Make the middle zone Two-Touch or Increase number of passes needed.
Progression 2 - In the Final third it is a One-Touch Finish Zone (This forces the attackers into goalscoring positions)
