L Turn Technique
In same 5x5 grid as before
1. L Turn Preperation - Player starts with right foot on ball, extended out from body. Players body weight should be on left foot. Player rolls ball back toward body and pushes out with laces of right foot, continuing to balance on left foot. Work for 30 seconds then switch to opposite foot x 3 reps
-Focus on balancing on opposite foot, with weight on balancing foot. Player should take a slight hop forward when rolling the ball back into body to clear standing foot out of the way.
2. Player now completes L Turn. Player starts with foot on ball, rolls back as before. Players standing foot slightly hops forward to clear out of the way of the ball. Now with the inside of the foot, player pushes ball behind standing foot. Player stops ball with sole of foot and rolls across body back to original foot.
3. Player now completes the double L Turn. Same as before, now instead of rolling ball across our body, we perform another L Turn going the opposite direction and continue pattern. Focus on standing foot clearing out of the way by hopping forward slightly. You should develop a rythym.

Player should attempt to balance on the left foot the entire time. Work for 30 seconds, switch foot x 3 reps per foot
2. V Pull - Outside of foot - same as before, but now instead of opening hips to use inside of right foot, player will use the outside of the right foot to push the ball out. Player stops ball with sole of left foot and repeats pattern going the other direction, roll into body-outside of left foot to push out.
