Organization:
2 even teams
1 player from each team as last defender in front of their goal
one central possession area
an attacking area on each side
Instructions:
Coach throws out ball into possession area
One player is trying to dribble out of possession area, take defender on 1v1 and score
If defender wins it they get a free pass to their team in the possession area and the game re-starts.
Keep track of score. Defenders switch after 2-3 minutes of play.
Coaching Points:
Recognize 1v1 opportunities
Use feint to unbalance/beat defender
Progressions:
No free pass if defender wins the ball
Second defender can enter outside box after 5 seconds of play

Even number of players on each team.
Instructions:
No specific rules, allow players to play.
Coaching Points:
Look to take players on 1v1 using FEINT.
Order of options: 1) Can I shoot? 2) Can I go forward (dribble or pass)? 3) Can I keep possession?
If you don't have the ball, look to support the ball carrier.
If you lose the ball, the nearest player looks to win it back ASAP.

Technical unopposed, semi-opposed and fully opposed
Organization:
even number of players in 4 lines all with soccer balls.
Instructions:
diagonally opposite players make eye contact and perform move around the set of 3 cones
join line on opposite side
other 2 opposing lines now go.
Coaching Points:
Dribble at target
Lean to one side, dropping shoulder on that same side
Foot on that side plants outside the line of the ball
Take the ball away in the opposite direction using the outside of the foot.
Progressions:
SEMI OPPOSED - 2 lines closest to goal are passive defenders - play ball directly across to attackers and jog toward them applying passive pressure. Attackers will perform move around the defender and join the defending line. Defenders continue jog across to attacking line.
FULLY OPPOSED - Same set-up as semi opposed only now defenders are applying full 100% pressure.
