Greens: Wide players/neutrals
Targets:
1 point for switching play from one side to the other (green to green)
3 points for switching play in under 3 passes
Conditions:
Must play from one green to the other to transition to other side of the pitch
All players must transition within 3 seconds
Defending team must play to opposite green to transition
Play below waist height
One defender rests on halfway line for 5 seconds before switching (Overloads)
Challenges:
Can we combine 1 touch?
Can we switch in under 3 passes?
Can we create a diamond to maximise space?

3 teams: Red, blue, yellow
GK's: Green
Targets:
Pressing team (Blue) regains possession and scores = 1 point
Build out team (Red) aim to score in mini goal = 1 point
Build out team 5 passes and then score = 3 point
Team that concedes or kicks the ball out of play defends
Conditions:
Ball must stay below waist height (except shots)
Spare team passes around while resting
Pressing team changes side of the pitch at every dead ball
GK max 3 seconds on the ball
Challenges:
Can we score within 5 seconds of possession regain?
Can we win the ball in under 5 seconds?

5 v 4 offensive overload
Attacking team maintains possession until defending team are able to regain possession and play to their outlet (Halfway line between mannequins)
This triggers a counter attack
Last player into the half for new defending teams becomes the outlet
Targets:
Attacking team aim to score = 1 point
Defending team counter attack and score within 5 seconds = 3 points
Conditions:
Must shoot within 10 seconds (Attacking half)
Challenges:
Can we transition quickly from attack to defence and vice versa?
Can we regain possession and play to our outlet immediately?
Can we score first time?
