Tackle lanes

Essence:

Training 1v1 frontal defence.

Structure:

Players take turns to attack 1v1 towards the goals through lanes 1, 2 & 3 past the defender who may not leave his lane past the yellow line.

If the defender tackles the ball he must score by getting the ball back over the red line.
