Organization: 16x30 field cut in quarters, 2 end zones.
2 players from 1 team inside the area to act as defenders.They can only defend the 2 squares in their side of the pitch.The 2 attackers must receive the ball in a different square to their teammate. Score points by keeping possession whilst passing through the area and to the outside players or playing a double pass through the middle. Also if neutral players play 3 consecutive passes the team in possession get a point.
First team to 5 points - winner stays on, losing team go the outside.

Instructions: Micro session A, B, C, D,E.
Live once pass is played into F (striker) with a defender behind. Striker can set E and game becomes 2v1 to goal, or can attempt to spin defender and score himself. Players tactically placed inside areas of the field that they would be playing at the weekend.
Two set up at the same time. One practicing switching to the right, one to the left. Allow players to switch and practice with both feet.

Organization: 9v9 Free play (pattern included) allowing both teams to practice switching the point of attack.
Instructions: Goalkeeper to 5, 5 opens up and plays to 2, 2 dribbles forward and turns to play back to 6, 6 switches to 3, 3 plays forward to 9, 9 sets for 10, 10 now switches back to 2 who has made a run and joined the attack. Allow both teams to practice the same pattern.
