Organization:
Split into 4 groups. 4X4 = 16. Again, can adapt depending on numbers. 3x4 = 12. Will have 4 in blue pinnies, 4 in red, 4 in yellow and 4 in non pinnies.
Instructions:
1)Each colour will start with the ball in a different square as above.
2) The objective is to pass clockwise. Yellow to Yellow to Yellow etc.
3) 3 touches max but be patient when moving the ball.
4) Challenged with having obstacles before they receive the ball and also using other groups as objectives (Defenders)
Coaching Points:
1) Need to scan before receiving, get touch out there feet, both depending on pass received and area they have to play in
2) Head up as soon as they receive to play into teammate in next box.
3) Looking for passing lanes to maintain posession.
Progressions:
1) Will add in mannequins now, so that general posession is maintained, but also the aspect of penetration between players is relevant.
2) Double pass in order to be patient in the hope that other gaps open up

Organization:
1) Towards goal. 2 Groups at same time
Instructions:
1) Starts on right. Wing back (3) drives up the line and turns to play back on his outside.
2) He plays to CB (5) who then opens up on far foot, and plays centrally to 6
3) 6 opens out towards opposite CB (4) and plays him on far side. (Similar to technical 1)
4) 4 is now looking to hit opposide Wing back (2) ahead in order for us to be in a crossing position.
5) Can we get a 1st time cross into the area, where our 10 and 9 look to attack front post and back post.
6) Follow your pass.
7) Switch sides once comfortable.
Coaching Points:
1) How quickly can we get from starting position into a crossing positon on the other side.
2) Can our momement match what we done previously?
3) If unpressured, can we play 1st time?
Progressions:
1) Adding a 2v1/2v2 in the box.
2) Can the 6 support on edge of the area?
3) Can opposite full back make a run far post?

Organization:
1) 7v7 (Defensive and Middle area)
2) Must be off the game. Do not lock on and pick up. Allow them to play out.
Instructions:
Trying to double up if teams play out. Force them into a central area. Come right off, allow them to play then press with a purpose.
If on our left side:
1) 9 and 2 double up on CB. 9 Stops switch to opposite CB, 2 stops ball to wide player and forces them inside.
2) 4 has to get to wide player as quickly as he can incase they play through.
3) 5 and 3 tuck in slightly
4) 8 presses CM and anticipates forechecking.
Same idea on opposite side. Roles change. Right side now pressing
Coaching Points:
1) Real willingness to work
2) Recognize when we can press high up.
3) Roles and responsibilities down to a tee. Everyone needs to be switched on in order to work.
Progressions/Regressions:
1) 3 may have to act as opposite CB based on if teams try go diagonal 1st time.
