Set up:
The game's object is to score on the opposing team's goal. Side players are fixed to the side but can score.
Rules: Play Red vs. Blue with White as the neutrals on the side. White plays for the team that gives them the ball. The game's object is to score on the opposing team's goal. Side players are fixed to the side but can score.
Scoreboard:
1) 1 Pt for a goal
2) 2 pts for a goal off a cross
At the end of the field, Cones acts as the scoreboard flips for a goal.
Constraints: Add a shot clock to improve the speed of play. Add a middle neutral to make it easier or an extra player to a team to make it harder.

3v2 into 2v1
Set up: Set up an area based on age and ability, place goals at either end. There are two phases of the exercise.
Rules: Play starts with the attacking (blue) 3 attacker dribble in against 2 defenders (red) and try to score. The first phase ends when when the ball goes dead (out the field) a goal is socred, the keeper makes a save or the defenders win the ball. The last attacking player who touches the ball stays in for phase two the other two attackers must leave the exercise from the closest side. Phase two starts with the Defending team (red) becoming the attacking team playing 2v1 agains the last attacker. They get one attack. Scoreboard: Coach keeps score in the middle of the field with cones and poles. Score a point place a cone on a pole.
