Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): AK 4-3-3 Passing Pattern to Goal

Finishing Pattern in 4-3-3 Shape

**Players in Blue will only be used in the 3rd Variation

Variation #1

Player on corner of 18 Starts with ball

6 opens up with a dynamic movement

6 receives the ball on the half turn

6 plays to 10

10 lays off the ball then spins wide

11 comes inside underneath the 9

6 plays 9

9 lays off the the 11

11 plays 10 in behind to play the cross, then gets into the box

11/7/9 get into the box to get on the end of the cross

(crosses on the ground for first 5 mins then all them freedom for the next 5)

Repeat starting with a pass from the opposite side. 

Variation #2 

Player on the edge of the 18 plays the 6. 

6 plays player on the other side of the 18

Player on the other side of 18 plays 8 or 10

10 lays off the ball then spins wide

11 comes inside underneath the 9

6 plays 9

9 lays off the the 11

11 plays 10 in behind to play the cross, then gets into the box

11/7/9 get into the box to get on the end of the cross

(crosses on the ground for first 5 mins then all them freedom for the next 5)

Variation #3 

Incorporate Blue defenders. They cannot defend until the ball is played past them. I want the defenders to play as if ther has been a ball played in behind and they have to recover.
