Red Light/Green Light:
Please dribble with the ball towards the coach. When the coach says "red light", players must stop the ball. When coach says "green light", players dribble towards the endline. Coach can add extra lights that require different movments from the players. For example, "pink light" means dance around the ball, "purple light" means jump back and forth over the ball. Please can then only use certain bodyparts to stop the ball, elbow, etc.

Players can be unfrozen by being tagged on the shoulder or have a teammate pass the ball through their legs. Change the "freeze" monsters every couple of minutes.

Body Part Dribbling:
All the players dribble in a designated area. When coach yells out the name of a body part, players must touch that body part to the ball as quickly as possible. Coaches should use different surfaces. Progress the instructions to toe taps, scissors, etc. At times, call out several bodys parts or technical skills.
