- Play one side with a intent to play to another (on a throw in or if not able to get through)

- Spread out, pull defenders apart to find gaps
- Peel off defenders to create a space to receive facing forward
- Angles for passes - don't get pinned in
Principles of play:
ATTACK
- Build up / Play out of the back
- Possession to pass or dribble forward
DEFEND
- Disrupt and prevent the opponent from building up
- Prevent the opponent from playing forward with a pass or a dribble
- Force an inaccurate pass and/or a ball that's hard to control
- Regain possession of the ball
