4v4v4 transition game
Whites attack Reds, If Whites score, they get a new ball and attack Black.
If Red Win the ball and successfully break out of that third, they then attack the Black Team and so on
Look to reamin compact, look to react quickly to a transition. Once play becomes compact ensure the defensive team get bodies around the ball in order to win the ball back early.
