3 team possession with penetration
2 teams have to keep possession (make 50 passes) if the defensive team wins the ball they can try to score by passing the ball through the gates. If they are successful at scoring the team that lost the ball becomes the team in the middle

3. attract the defender (dribble/pass)
4. play the ball to team mates back foot/farthest foot

4v3 +2N with penatration
Red team has to keep possession, after making 5 passes in their area they need to play to the ungaurded target player in the middle who will then switch the ball to the next grid. If the defending team wins the ball they have to play the ball to the target player who will send then play a 2v1 with the goal keeper.

After players recover ball they play a 1v1 or 3v2 with the player that loses the ball. Player must dribble through 1 of the gates (players with ball can change gate at any time during the 1v1)

Defending players

4. dribble with adequete space (small touches under pressure/big into space)
