Organization: We 1:4:1:3 vs 1:3:3:2 - play low pressure in system vs wide style of Whitecaps/Crossfire
Coaching Points: They - drop to top of center circle, force play wide, 2/7 and 5/11 work toether to pick up wide mid and outside back of opponent. Have 2 forwards, 10 and outside mids shift and make deep diaganol runs into the depth. Play deep, drop and deep to bring outside mids into attack

Attacking team plays in style of Whitecaps and Crossfire, Defending team - low pressure, keep team in front and force to play wide, square or back (game plan for Saturday)
Coaching Points: Attacking team can only take 2 steps with ball and pass from chest, vetical passes can be thrown overhand to forwards/attacking mids. Ball must be caught or headed by teammates. Defending team can intercept with hands. If the ball is flicked with the head, teamates can volley our of air or after 1 bounce to score.
Progressions / Variations: AFter 10 minutes play 8v8 with ball at feet and emphasis tactical game plan in They (low pressure) and have opponent play in the style of Whitecaps/Crossifre (deep balls to Forwrds, movemnt from 10 and outside midfielders)
