Introduction to the Drill.
Player one starts with the ball and dribbles to player 2, and replaces the player at the next station. Station 1 is now free for a spare player to stand in front of the cone.
The ball makes its way round the diamond, with each player dribbling to the next cone and giving the ball to the next waiting player.
Players make there way to the end and re-join the set up.
the drill should be ran through only a few times in order for players to get used to the Diamond and next phases.
Coaching points:
- players should be dribbling with close control, no balls should be going everywhere
- players should move at a decent controlled speed, no walking.

Player one starts with the ball and passes to player 2, and follow his pass. Station 1 is now free for a spare player to stand in front of the cone.
The ball makes its way round the diamond, with each player passing and following the pass.
Players make there way to the end and re-join the set up.
Coaching points:
- passing with the inside of foot. Speed is important also.
- any loose passes, be on hand to get another ball in quickly
- Players are required to take a touch and then pass. when doing so, advanced techniques can be made for ball to be moved into correct position to play there next pass.
- look for players to shout names and keep there heads up aware of surroundings.

The is an advanced set up and requires all players to be of a decent ability. Not beginner.
Players follow the same logic as the previous phase, adding in a bounce pass with the next station.
Play should flow as:
Player one passes to player 2 who bounces the ball back to player 1.
Player 2 moves off their cone and gets into a ready position to receive next pass.
Player 1 passes to player 3 who bounces it back to player 2 who is in ready position.
This flows round the diamond.

Allocate all players a number:
- Players stand in a circle within the Diamond, and pass the ball between them.
- Players to be ready for coach to shout out a number.
Coaching points:
- Players to stop the ball with control before playing a pass
- Players to show awareness of space and make sure circle maintains its shape.
- Correct weight of pass
- players to control pass with a view of using their safe foot to keep control and possession.

- Every player to get a minimum of one go.
Coaching points:
