Pass and Directional control
Coach will shout out a number, that number will then pass the ball into 5. 5 has to idetify the open player before receiving the ball, control in the correct direction and pass the ball out to the open player.

For the next phase - into skill - add defender.
Defender only allowed to intercept middle players pass.

Switching the play

1 player in the middle cone, pass out the outer cone who then switches the ball to the other side. Player use different combinations (above is a example) trying to use the middle player were posiible to change the angle.
2. Same as 1, defender add for extra pressure.
P- increase the space
P- add more defenders in
R - reduce the space
R - increase the time allowed on the ball

- select the type of long pass of the situation.

Two Teams B and O
In possession B1 or O1 can cross into the apposing area. 2-3 and 4-5 have to stay in their assigned area. Defenders or attackers.
The aim of the game is for one team ex, team B. have to get the ball into the O side by using B1 then score. If O intercept or the ball goes out O1 can transition into the B half and try to score.
