Animation 1

Set up: Large area with 4 goals on each side. positon 4 def in each goal, attackers in middle with plenty of balls. 

Format: Attackers play 1v1 to attempt to score in each of the 4 goals, they then go back to middle & move to the next goal to play 1v1. Def must defend the ball and not be a GK. Rotate roles after 3 min or when all balls have been played. 

Key points: Ball manipulation, 1v1 skills, positive attacking play, shooting
