Start with 2 v 2=

If score gain a new player (3 v 2)- however if score a goal on an underload, overload team loose that "extra" player.

When all 4 on pitch and score = win that round.

Group perform stretching when whistle is blow

Goal Scoring Bingo 5v5 (40 mins)

Wonder Women Power. Grace. Wisdom

 

Game - 5 v 5= one team is attacks the goal and they get 5 attempts to score 3 goals. If they achieve this, then they get 3 more goes. (max 10 attempts- before swapping over) Defenders score by getting the ball over the red line.

 

Constraints to add in

Score a specific way = bonus point ie. deflection.

Score in certain time limited from the start- 10 seconds = bonus point

If defending score = loose a point

Constraints

1 points for a PCA won (bank these to be taken at the end)

3 points for a field goal

If goal is score- then opposition team sin bins a player for 1mins. The team that score can chose who this is (as a coach if this keeps being the same player- put in a rule that is cant be same player twice in a row). If underload team scores- then player is back on.
