Juggling (5 mins)

Description: Crack the Code

- Give juggling sequence (the code).

- If a player cracks the code give a new code with increased difficulty.

Warm Up (10 mins)

Description:

- On GO: Player on advanced cone runs and tries to high five teammate on opposite side. 

- Player on near side attempts to tag runner before high five on other side. 

Targets:

- 1 point if runner gets high five.

- 1 point if chaser tags runner.

Technical:

1) Open body shape.

2) Low center of gravity.
3) Contact with surface (if required) or feint.

4) Head up.

5) Change direction.

6) Accelerate into space.

- Blue team passes ball to Red who turns with the ball and dribbles into new space. 

- Red passes the ball to blue & repeat.  


Targets:

- Number of times each player can turn with the ball and dribble to new space.

1) Open body shape.

2) Low center of gravity.
3) Contact with surface (if required) or feint.

4) Head up.

Skill Practice (5 mins)

Description:

- Blue team passes ball to Red who turns with the ball and dribbles into new space. 

- Blue tries to regain possession within 3 touches from red player.

- Stop & reset. 

- Red passes the ball to blue & repeat.  


Targets:

- 1 point for attacking player if ball is not stolen in 3 touches.

- 1 point for defender if they can steal the ball back after passing within 3 touches of attacker.

Description: 5v5 SSG

- Normal game rules.

- Kick in or dribble in from restarts.

Targets:

- 1 point of all goals

- 2 points for all goals scored after turning out of pressure and scoring after a pass.
