Organization
2x30x30 area, 9v9 goal
3 defenders, 2 attackers, one team resting. One team defends, one attacks and one rests
Instructions
Coach yellow
Attacking players in green, after receiving a pass from the GK, must combine to create space and set up a shot on goal. Defenders in yellow must work on staying compact (banana, triangle defending) and preventing penetration
If the defending team wins the ball they counter to small goals and pass to waiting players who become the attackers
If the ball goes out of play or a goal is scored, play starts again with GK, with the white team now becoming the new attacking team
Rotate defenders and attacker positions after 5 minutes

Coach white
Attacking team starts with 3 players, defending team has 4, 2 active & 2 who play as targets
Attacking team picks up the ball behind the zone or use a server
Attacking team must score by dribbling into zone 1 through one of the gates, defending team prevent penetration
if attacking team gets through the gates, defending players can work together to create 2v1 situation and prevent a goal scoring opportunity, with the second defender covering the shot
If the defending team wins the ball they must find a target player
Rotate defenders and attacker positions after 5 minutes
Coaching Points
1st defender - Close down quickly, pressure the ball. Slow down/delay the attacker
2nd defender - Provide cover to double up for the dribble, positioning to intercept/block a pass/shot
Communication - clear, commanding, detailed
Transition quickly

Defending team can add another defender to zone 2
Attacking can send two players into zone 1 to make it a 2v2
